We want you to be completely satisfied with FlyAlerts. If for any reason you are not happy with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. No justification or explanation is required.
You may request a refund through any of the following channels:
Refund requests are acknowledged within 1 business day and processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the 30-day refund window, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Your alert service will continue for the remainder of your 12-month subscription period.
Upon processing your refund, your FlyAlerts account and alert service will be deactivated immediately. Personal data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days of the refund, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless you request otherwise or legal retention requirements apply.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, including but not limited to: (a) repeated cycles of purchasing and requesting refunds; (b) use of the Service in violation of our Terms of Service; or (c) fraudulent payment activity. In such cases, we will provide a written explanation for the denial.
If you are eligible for a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks incur fees and administrative costs. We process legitimate refund requests promptly and are committed to resolving any payment disputes directly.
