Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our Position on Data Sales

Fly Alerts LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We have never sold or shared personal information, and we have no plans or intention to do so in the future.

2. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA grants you the following rights:

• Right to know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share data
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of sale/sharing: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information. Since we do not sell or share personal information, this right is already honored by default.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights

3. What We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide our Service:

• Identifiers: Email address
• Commercial information: Purchase history (subscription purchase date and amount)
• Internet/electronic activity: Basic website usage data via cookies
• Other: Departure airport preference (IATA code)

We do not collect: Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers (Stripe handles all payment data), biometric data, precise geolocation, or any sensitive personal information.

4. How We Share Data

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under strict contractual obligations:

• Stripe: Payment processing (they receive payment data directly; we never see it)
• Email service provider: To deliver fare alerts to your inbox
• Analytics provider: Aggregate, anonymized usage data

None of these constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. These are service provider relationships governed by data processing agreements.

5. Other State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights. We honor all applicable state privacy rights. Contact us using the methods below to exercise your rights under your state's law.
